Project skills : Must have HVAC Design experience in Clean Room & Pharmaceuticals industry. Preparation of detailed drawings of Clean room layouts, Zoning layouts, Differential Pressure Gradient & Classification Layout, Supply/Return air ducting, Toilet Exhaust ducting, chilled water piping and plant room detailing, VRF/VRV & DX systems, Able to cross check AHU Fan & Coil selections, Orientation and TDS etc.To be proficient in Auto CAD & Microsoft office.

Preparation of heat & cooling load calculations by using ISHRAE standards Must have in knowledge in Clean Room ISO classifications Knowledge of all type Air Conditioning & ventilation systems Ducting design, routing & sections as per SAMCNA standards Knowledge in selection of valves and other accessories for manifold and chiller plan. Preparing Chilled water plant room design, sections and pipe sizing and routing as per standards. Preparation of all 2D / 3D drawings.

Able to prepare Reflected Ceiling Plan layouts(RCP), Selections of Diffusers, Grills, Dampers etc,. Knowledge in selection Hepa Module Design, filters selections, return air raiser selection, filter and perforated grill & Fresh Air Louvers details drawing. Knowledge of Ducting, Insulation, Air terminal devices, control devices for Air side works. To be proficient in preparing P&ID & schematic layouts for water and air side equipment.

Should have knowledge in clean room panel detailing, pressure and door orientation as per ISO standards .Co-ordination with MEP services to ensure detailed designs are in place.To be handle minimum 3-4 projects independently and take control of drawing deliverables. To be proficient in quantity take off for High side & Low side works.
